Author Spotlight - David Michael

David Michael, author of The United Series, is a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady, a hater of snow, a lover of Star Trek and has an addiction to coffee that is excessive even for an author.

He lives in Salt Lake City where he is currently majoring in Psychology, working a "big boy" job, and writing full time. He shares a living space with his best friend, idolizes his mother, and has a strange knack for making friends with people on the other side of the planet instead of his own back yard.

Author Spotlight - Courtney King Walker

Courtney King Walker grew up Walnut Creek, California building rocket ships and rafts out of cardboard just so she could go to the moon and Niagara Falls. But a trip across the border to Tijuana was as exciting as it ever got.

After being banned from the kitchen after a few too many catastrophes, she discovered a love for writing, music and art, and eventually earned her BFA in graphic design at BYU.

She has lived in St. Louis, Chicago and San Francisco, and now resides in Salt Lake City with her husband and four children where she continues to pursue all things creative, including writing, designing, composing music and baking, with an emphasis on making a killer piecrust.

Author Spotlight - Claudia Bradshaw

Claudia currently resides next to the mountains but dreams of the beach. She is married to her lost then found again high school love. She has a teenage daughter who gives her stomach aches from laughing so hard together.

Claudia has an almost super human ability to obsess over whatever strikes her fancy. She spends her time between adding to her ever growing tattoo collection, writing, and perfecting the Tequila-O with her always present 7 bottles of Jose.

Her debut novel, Sin for Love, released on 3.14.14.

Author Spotlight - Cassie Shine

Cassie Shine released her debut young adult novel, Harp's Song in November 2013, finally finishing the short story she started in her college creative writing class … many, many moons ago. The sequel, Harp's Voice was released in June 2014. She has always been an avid reader and lover of music (yes, she was in the high school marching band). While she has a weak spot for all things teeny bopper especially boy bands, she also loves classical, country, rock and well, pretty much all music.

After living in St. Louis for more than ten years, she and her husband packed up a U-Haul and headed west. They currently live in Orange County, CA with their furry kids Finnegan and Molly.

Author Spotlight - Anne Eliot

Anne Eliot is the bestselling author of young adult books: Almost, Unmaking Hunter Kennedy, as well as a new series, How I Fall & How I Fly.

Her work, Almost, is an issue-based YA romance about a girl who has PTSD. It has been sold into print for Turkish and German tranlsations by her amazing agent, Jane Dystel of DGLM.com. Unmaking Hunter Kennedy is a rockstar romance about a teen pop star recovering from teen depression who falls in love with the girl next door. How I Fall is a 'crush romance' about an amazing, strong girl who's grown up hiding her Cerebral Palsy/hemiparesis who discovers her long time, impossible crush also has had a crush on her all along.

She loves writing about teens who live outside the ordinary and she's devoted to stories with sweet first kisses and first loves. When she's not writing she's reading about medieval times, Vikings, scouring dusty bookshops, and goofing off in general.

Anne resides in Colorado with a very patient husband, kids she adores (near and far) who are all growing up too fast. She also has one twelve pound dog named Pico de-Guy who loves to chew up expensive electronics.

She can also be found dreaming on tumblr or tweeting@yaromance or goofing off on Facebook because, yes...she does procrastinate very well.

She loves to volunteer, work with teen writers, visit schools. speak at libraries, teach at writers conferences--just ask--and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI), Romance Writers of America (RWA), Pikes Peak Writers and DBW.

Author Spotlight - Angela Corbett

As a child, Angela Corbett’s most prized possession was a set of read-along books. She used to follow along with the narrator on the stereo and dream of when she would be able to read by herself. Her childhood reading habit led her to consider her future career. However, after consulting with her parents, she realized she had already exceeded hobbit height and since fairies and dragonslayers were tricky jobs to get, she decided she wanted to create worlds of her own.

She is a graduate of Westminster College where she double majored in communication and sociology. She has worked as a journalist, freelance writer, and director of communications and marketing. She lives in Utah with her extremely supportive husband, and loves classic cars, traveling, and chasing their five-pound Pomeranian, Pippin—who is just as mischievous as his hobbit namesake. She’s the author of Young Adult, New Adult, and Adult fiction—with lots of kissing.

Her books include: Eternal Starling, Eternal Echoes, The Devil Drinks Coffee, Devilishly Short #1, The Devil Wears Tank Tops, and Tempting Sydney.
